COD Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within:
• Howrah
• Tikiyapara
• Pilkhana
• COD limits from ₹299 to ₹1499

• Customers must pay the full invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery.
• Please keep exact change ready to avoid delays.
• Our delivery agent is not authorized to open sealed products before payment.

• We may call or WhatsApp the customer to confirm COD orders.
• If the order is not confirmed, it may be automatically cancelled.

• If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason:
• Future COD orders may be restricted.
• ZS STATIONERY reserves the right to blacklist repeat offenders.

• COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
