Returns & Refund policy
ZS STATIONERY
- This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms under which products purchased from ZS STATIONERY through our website, WhatsApp, or other sales channels may be returned or refunded.
- By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 1 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- ZS STATIONERY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items purchased under clearance sale or special discount (unless damaged).
- Customized or bulk special-order items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photo/video of the issue
- Our team will verify and confirm return approval.
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer / UPI (as applicable).
- ZS STATIONERY is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may request:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Refund (if replacement is unavailable).
6. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping cost will be borne by ZS STATIONERY.
- In other cases (if approved), return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ZS STATIONERY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.
