Returns & Refund policy


ZS STATIONERY
  • This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms under which products purchased from ZS STATIONERY through our website, WhatsApp, or other sales channels may be returned or refunded.

  • By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is made within 1 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • ZS STATIONERY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Used or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items purchased under clearance sale or special discount (unless damaged).
  • Customized or bulk special-order items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within  2 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
  3. Order number
  4. Product name
  5. Clear photo/video of the issue
  6. Our team will verify and confirm return approval.
  7. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
  • Refund will be issued via:
  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank transfer / UPI (as applicable).
  • ZS STATIONERY is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may request:
  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable).
6. Shipping Charges
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping cost will be borne by ZS STATIONERY.
  • In other cases (if approved), return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • ZS STATIONERY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.
