This Shipping Policy governs the delivery process of ZS STATIONERY (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Area
ZS STATIONERY currently provides delivery only within the following areas:
  • Howrah
  • Tikiyapara
  • Pilkhana
Orders placed outside these service areas will not be accepted or processed.

2. Delivery Time
  • We provide Express Local Delivery within 2 Hours from order confirmation.
  • Delivery time applies only to confirmed orders placed during operational hours.
  • Delivery hours:[ 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM ]
  • Orders placed outside business hours will be delivered on the next working day.
3. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.
  • We may contact the customer for address confirmation before dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • ZS STATIONERY may offer:
  • Free delivery on minimum order value (if applicable)
  • Flat delivery charge within service areas
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Attempt
  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery once at the provided address.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:
  • The order may be cancelled, or
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
6. Delays
ZS STATIONERY shall not be liable for delay due to:
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailability
  • Traffic conditions
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
7. Damaged or Missing Items
  • Customers must check products at the time of delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
