- Tikiyapara (Delivery within 2-4 hours)
- Pilkhana (Delivery within 2-4 hours)
- Shibpur (Same Day Delivery)
- Bankura (Same Day Delivery)
- Kolkata (Delivery within 24-48 hours)
Orders placed outside these service areas will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Time
- We provide Express Local Delivery within Same day from order confirmation.
- Delivery time applies only to confirmed orders placed during operational hours.
- Delivery hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Orders placed outside business hours will be delivered on the next working day.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.
- We may contact the customer for address confirmation before dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- ZS STATIONERY may offer:
- Free delivery on orders above ₹599 (if applicable)
- Flat delivery charge within service areas
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery once at the provided address.
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- The order may be cancelled in such cases.
- Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

- Customers must check products at the time of delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
